A split system is a heating and cooling setup with one outdoor unit connected to one indoor unit.
The indoor unit heats or cools a single room or area, while the outdoor unit removes or supplies heat. It moves heat through refrigerant pipes.
Split systems are ideal for single rooms, offices, or open-plan areas where only one indoor unit is needed.

An air-to-air multi-split system is a heating and cooling setup with one outdoor unit connected to several indoor units.
Outdoor units are available with 2, 3, 4, or 5 ports, allowing multiple indoor units to connect depending on how many rooms need climate control.
Each indoor unit can control the temperature in its own room, so different rooms can be heated or cooled separately.

A ducted ceiling concealed system is a heating and cooling setup where the indoor unit is hidden above the ceiling, with air supplied through discreet grilles or diffusers into each room.
It provides a clean modern look, low visible equipment, and even air distribution throughout the home. Zoning controls can also allow different areas to be managed separately.
These systems are ideal for new builds because ductwork and ceiling space can be planned during construction, making installation easier and more efficient. They are a popular choice for homeowners wanting high comfort, quiet operation, and a premium finish.
Indoor units are available in several styles to suit different spaces and layouts.
Cassette units (Top Left) are fitted into suspended ceilings and distribute air in four directions, making them ideal for offices or open areas.
Highwall units (Top Right) are the most common wall-mounted option, perfect for homes, bedrooms, and living spaces.
Floor mount units (Bottom Left) are installed low on the wall near floor level, ideal where wall or ceiling space is limited.
Under ceiling units (Bottom Right) are mounted directly beneath the ceiling and are well suited to shops, large rooms, or areas without ceiling void space.
